Cathy Schlicht is a 37 year resident, former Councilmember, and Mayor of Mission Viejo. A graduate from Centenary College and Dover Business College. Cathy has spent her professional career negotiating business contracts and managing million dollar private investment loans.
Cathy’s civic, community and charitable work has included serving as an Ambassador for the Mission Viejo Chamber of Commerce, a board member for Fun with Chalk, a children's charitable organization promoting art appreciation.
Cathy began her civic and political activism as a charter member of the Committee for Integrity in Government. She is an active member of Lutheran Church of the Cross where she has served as a church committee member for many years.
